vista ultimate

this is my first time.i have just bought computer vista ultimate,installing drive for lemark printer,and now everything as frozen.i can't even restore system,cursor frozen just nothing.can anyone help.thanks

Call the tech support people for the company that built your computer. If
it's new get them to fix it or replace it.

Try shutting the computer down. Restart the computer hitting the F8 key
just before Vista starts. Try last known good from the list of options. If
that doesn't fix it you can try Safe mode and try to uninstall the printer
driver.
Your computer technical department will most likely request that you do a
restore to factory delivered condition using the restore disk or a restore
partition.
