Don't know how to use webcam

Ok well, i got a new laptop for my birthday. I'v been exploring and everything, but I can't figure out how to use the built-in webcam. My laptop is a Windows Vista Home Premium Intel Centrino. So can you help?

I use "cyberlink ucam" which came with mine. It is vista 64bit compatable. Did you get any softrware with yours? I also use photobucket free for posting on message boards

Well that's the thing, i dont know. But i looked for something that's called Cyberlink, and found "CyberLink LabelPrint" and "CyberLink Power2Go". And neither of those seemed to not have anything related to a webcam.

I would think that if it is a build in web cam that you should be able to get to it via programs and read the help file or web cam manager.
I have the Microsoft life web cam. Click on the icon to open "all programs" it should be listed there.

Uhm. i found out where my webcam was (i feel very dumb for not noticing it! ) all i had to do was hover my mouse to the very left of my screen, and something will slide out, and give me options for my webcam, it's called "Gateway Webcam Camera" (sorry! forgot to mention my laptop was from Gateway) but still, thanks a lot for your help! i give you my full appreciation!
