RC1 Loads Significantly Slower than Beta 2

try msconfig...system...uncheck application experience..i am sure there are
others to disable also..which I could find a good list...

Tried disabling Application Experience in msconfig. It loaded anyway -
took 48 seconds. Opened msconfig and Application Experience was still
unchecked. Must be an override in the the registry that forces it to
load anyway.
