| | Drive letter before description in Explorer Anyone know how to display the drive letter before the description in Explorer? I tried the XP method of setting ShowDriveLettersFirst to 4 (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer), but that didn't work. Am I missing something? Paul |

| | They moved it in Vista to here: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Advanced\Folder\ShowDriveLetters Assuming you have "Show Drive Letters" checked in Folder Options, change CheckedValue to 4. Worked instantly on my install. |
