66I-00003 64 bit?

Hi,

I am currently running XP Pro, and am looking to upgrade to Vista 64 bit.

Does anyone know whether or not the 66I-00003 SKU (Windows Vista Home Premium English Upgrade North America DVD) includes the ability to install the 64 bit version, or is it just 32 bit?

(I realize I'd need to do a fresh install and can't do an in-place upgrade)

Currently only Windows Vista Ultimate retail packages include both 32-bit
and 64-bit software. No other retail version includes both discs. I don't
believe any OEM version includes both discs. In any case since your SKU is
not an Ultimate one it will not include both discs.
