Technically, I should say that Windows Vista RC1 is all the editions... but members of the Customer Preview Program only get a copy of Ultimate Edition. It's Only Available in Ultimate Edition for the Public Beta, however MSDN and Tech Net Plus Subscriber's have access to Home Basic, Home Premium, and Ultimate Edition, Just FYI.
