Vista--Love it or Hate it. No Middle Man.

Vista... yes, the lovely OS that has given us fits! Allow me to elaborate on
one of the features that I find helpful and easy to use!

Searching.

You have several ways to locate the same file or folder. Luckily, search is
just located in the start menu. Whereas before, you would have to search for
the search.

Happy Hunting!

Amanda ( Sherri/Debra/Dwain . . . )

I am that Middle Man - I just use it.
I have never loved or hated an OS, it's best not to get emotionally
involved.

I use whatever works best for whatever I need to do at the time. Sometimes
XP is better, sometimes Vista is better. I don't love or hate either one. I
guess I'm in the middle.

It's Vista that is in the middle, as it's mediocre. The ones that enthuse
over it so much are not discerning enough to see where it disappoints.

Why be emotionally involved? Its crap and we say it without emotion. Pure
facts... nothing else.

Re: Vista--Love it or Hate it. No Middle Man.

No sorry. In this case, being mediocre means its bad since its forced on new
pcs this is an aggressive attack !

I have talked with so many people who are afraid of getting a new pc because
vista will be forced down their throats...

Typical response: "I don't want the new windows, everyone is saying how bad
it is!" LOL THIS IS true! Vista sucks!

I tell them to insist on XP, tell the salesman that vista stinks and if they
don't listen take their business elsewhere where they can get a XP computer.
