| | Drag and drop In Vista, when I drag a file to a Command Prompt window, nothing happens. On XP this used to type-in the full-path and name of the file. How do I enable this functionality in Vista? George Valkov |

Huh, that's typical for Microsoft: either lots of useless "features" (most of which can be exploited) or paranoia restrictions (removing something useful) Vista security is when I'm trying to do something, while my two hands are tied tight to the legs ;-) The good side is that I can hardly hurt myself even if I try to, which is pretty good for the newbies (and they prevail over the experienced). | Instead, SHIFT-right-click on | the file and copy the full path. Thank You for the shift trick! :-) |

It makes it clear to me that they never knew how to run XP properly, and most certainly always ran as admin and got malware. ss. |
