Vista - Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown

I have a Philips freevents X59 with OS Vista Home premium, it shutdown
and reboot randomly many times in a day. Every time it restarts with
blue screen and opens up with the nice error message “Windows has
recovered from an unexpected shutdown”. Is anybody has solution for
this thank you.
