Using Microsoft Office 2007 and running Vista.

I am running Microsoft Vista and I installed Microsoft Office 2007 on my
computer. When I try to open an Excel document it opens with a faint
blue screen. There are no tool bars and you can't open any of the
documents. I used Microsoft Excel 2007 on my Win XP machine and it
opened without problems, but since I put it on my new machine running
Vista I can't open the Excel Documents without this occuring. I have to
close it and open it several times before it will open properly. Can
someone please help me with this issue??

Aside from what Carey posted this issue does not belong in the Vista newsgroup but rather in the Office and in particular the Excel newsgroup
