| | Desktop Composition Setting is disabled Hi there, volunteers I my Event Viewer/Windows log/App Information (not Warning nor Error) just Info, perhaps not that important Info the Desktop Window Manager was unable to start because the Desktop Composition Setting is Disable Reading on Microsoft Technet and Google it seems it has many functions, when enable it may even slow down computer, Still like to know where to find enable and disable, it don't show in Computer management under services I have set for best performance and let computer decide whats best for the computer info Product name Microsoft Windows Operating System Product Version 60.6000.16386 Event ID 9019 Event source Desktop Window Manager Local ID 1033 Vista Home Basic 32 bit Emachine (512 MB Desktop) I started as question now let it be a comment Thanks -- lucky me I guess |
