Vista - URGENT: Small Fonts - Windows Vista Ultimate

Hi All,

I have issues with some small fonts showing, please see the attached
screenshot, im using Windows Vista Ultimate and have made no changes,
someone help please

all programs? or just default functions?
you can usually adjust the font size by right clicking the
desktop>personalize
in the left column is a link that says Adjust Font Size (DPI)

Righclick an empty area of your desktop and click "Personalize".

Click the "Window Color and Appearance" link.

Click the "Open classic appearance properties for more color options" link.

An "Appearance Settings" window will open.

Click the "Advanced" button.

Using the "Item" dropdown menu, look at the options that font sizes
associated with it and have a fiddle. I think it's the option that controls
the font size used with icons that affects the text in your screen cap, if
not try one of the others, you'll find it.

I tried all that still the same issue

Only seems to effect windows shutdown screens, drop downs and text feilds
