IE7 beta2 and Vista RC1 - Cannot unistall IE7

I was running IE7beta2 on XP OS then upgraded OS to VistaRC1.

IE became very slow and unuseable, I have found out that it is not
compatible with Vista. However it I can not find a way to uninstall it from
the machine now that Vista is load, the option to show it in the uninstall
group of programs is now gone.

Any suggestions would be apprecaited.

RE: IE7 beta2 and Vista RC1 - Cannot unistall IE7

You found out the hard way that IE7beta2 is only for XPx86 and XPx64, not for
any version of Vista.

When you go to add.remove programs, be sure the box at the top labelled
upgrades is checked. IE7 is loaded over the top of the base version, and you
may get lucky.

I looked for that. However it does not appear in the add remove programs in
Vista.

Thanks though.
