Windows Vista vs. Spybot - S&D

I just ran Spybot - Search & Destroy (System Internals function) on my
Windows Vista machine, and it's telling me that the application cmmgr32.exe,
which is supposed to reside in C:\Windows\System32, "is registered with
Windows, but could not be found at the given location." Can anyone help me
out here?
