You have a long running download, the line has trouble on it with the connection from your phone company to your residence, and the connection drops just long enough to kill the download. The phone company can test the line if you ask them. It may be an out of pocket cost for you to have the test done. You don't think that it's a possibility that there can be trouble on the line? It happens all of the time. |
