| | Second User Login problems I am running Vista Ultimate with 6 user accounts and have started having problems when a second user tries to login. If a user1 logs in then they can access and use all the valid function applicable to that user account. If the user1 then 'switches user' then the user2 can log in and is displayed a basic desktop with no gadgets, the task bar (although set to auto hide) stays displayed, and programs do not run or run extremely slowly. If user2 logs off, the user1 can log back in and function correctly. If user1 logs off (instead of switch user) then the same thing applies - user2 has the same log in problems. Now if user1 logs back in they have exactly the same problems as user2. This applies no matter what combination of the 6 users logs in first or second. The only way to work round the problem is to restart the pc between users - not too useful! Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks Peter |

| | Re: Second User Login problems I forgot to say that any programs user2 starts are not shown in the TaskBar.
