| | Re: Adding DOWLOADS to the start menu Drag and drop the folder onto the START BUTTON of the start menu. A "pinned" shortcut to that folder will be created on the left side. As for the right side of the start menu, you cant really configure that with custom folders. | | Re: Adding DOWLOADS to the start menu I created a shortcut stored above the recent program list, with Internet Explorer and Windows Mail. Not same as the other folder shortcuts but it works. Another option is to enable the option to Pin folders to the Start Menu, then press Shift and right click on the Downloads folder and click on "Pin Folder to Start Menu". This tutorial below will show you how to enable the Pin folders option.
