| Windows Vista | Import video could not find a compatible device. Verify that the digital video device I have a new Sony Vaio laptop with Windows Vista and Windows Movie Maker. When I try to import video from my Panasonic DV Palmcorder Model PV-DC252D to the Sony Vaio via a 4 pin to 4 pin Firewire, I get the following response from Windows Movie maker; IMPORT VIDEO COULD NOT FIND A COMPATIBLE DEVICE. VERIFY THAT THE DIGITAL VIDEO DEVICE IS PROPERLY CONNECTED AND TURNED ON I went through all the trouble shooting with no luck. Any one have any ideas? |
