Vista - Excel crashes on exit - OLEAUT32.DLL problem

Good day,
When trying to exit from Excel (2003 or 2007) by pressing Excel's X button program crashes (stop working). Meantime if firstly close the opened file and after that close the Excel itself it closes by normal way.

This problem is very old in my computer hence I can not use the Windows restore function.

Try disabling your Excel add-ins and test. If this doesn't work, try changing
the value of LoadBehavior from 3 to 0 under this registry key:
