readyboost + hibernation ntfs error (id 137)

Hi. Everytime I resume from hibernation, my system error log records this entry:
Code:
Source: Ntfs
Event ID: 137
EventData: 1C0004000200300002000000890004C000000000480100C000000000000000000000000000000000480100C0
The default transaction resource manager on volume Z: encountered a non-retryable error and could not start. The data contains the error code.
I found no relevant information on google and would like to sort it out. Any insight on why this is happening?
