I really need to solve this error 1402 issue

Tryiing to uninstall premiere pro or repair it, either way I get an error
1402 as follows:

error 1402: Could not open key:
HKEy_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Premiere Pro\2.0\DefaultPreset. Verify
that you have sufficent access to that key, or contact your support personnel.

Which of course since this is my home computer I dont have any personnel for
this so any help is appreciated.

I already tried to change the permisions to the registry keys but no luck.
