Racagent.exe and 0x80007000D (invalid data error)

Hi,

I noticed a problem with monitoring a systems performance and
stability. Few days ago the monitor stoped adding new data to an
events calendar ( perfmon ). I googled a lot and it lookes like
racagent.exe problem.
In a task manager processes tab there is no racagent.exe at all. I
checked a task scheduler and there is action running racegent.exe
planed. There is an information that last running result is
0x80007000D (invalid data). Could be racagent.exe corrupted? Should I
upgrade this file with a new one?

In the Resources Monitor I noticed that checking hardware errors is
present. Could you tell me what does it means.? If number of these
problem is not zero does it mean that memory or something in hardware
is corrupted?
If somebody knows a solution of those problems I'll be gratefull for
help.

Best regards
Jacek
