New Avast! Build

Just fyi...

There's a new build of Avast! anti-virus out today, 4.7.892, that's supposed
to be fully compatible with Vista RC1.

There has been an Avast build compatible with RC1 since just a couple of
days after RC1 came out.

What? Why try to uninstall? I don't understand your post. If a post RC1
version of Avast is already installed in Vista, right click the notification
area Avast icon, choose Updating | Program update.

Re: New Avast! Build

Avast will update through the regular program (not yet the icon). All you
need to do is reboot. Avast is great!
