Vista adminstrative user profile not loading

Cannot logon to my Adminstrative user profile. All other users i am able to logon, but I cannot uninstall programs, although I enter the correct administrative Pw.
Seems like the adminstrative user file is corrupted. Any ideas on how to fix it???
Thanks in advance...

Re: Vista adminstrative user profile not loading

Don't you have any other administrative account turned on?-If you don't there are still 2 ways to resolve problem by using editing remotly registry

1.Turn on remotly built-in Administrator account:see post 2 in this thread
How to Enable System Administrator

loggin in built-in Administrative account and follow this:User Profile Error - Logged on with a Temporary Profile

2.You can also try remotly directly fix error follow this link:User Profile Error - Logged on with a Temporary Profile
but of course you have to load file SOFTWARE to HKLM under name for example REM_SOFTWARE so key which locally seeing as HKLM\Software... remotly will be seeing as (in this way) HKLM\REM_SOFTWARE...

see also this thread from post 17 where I showed exaclty how edit registry remotly:
Can't Delete Registry Key

Of course there is also 3 trivial resolve:

Boot DVD Vista

Choose language>>Repair>>Computer>>System Restore and choose any previous checkpoint

Re: Vista adminstrative user profile not loading

How do you create a temporary profile??. I tried creating new user but nothing happens. Can I use another user profile that exist and edit settings as adminstrative, I dont care if it is modified??? I do not have a Vista disk. Only a recovery disk from the store where I purchased it..

I've already describe two methods to do it by edit registry remotely from (in your accident) special recovery disk which I linked below. From this disk you'll have full access to folders, files and registry(of course after loading registry file)

Here you have special reovery disk and use it Windows Vista Recovery Disc Download — The NeoSmart Files
instead DVD Vista

Re: Vista adminstrative user profile not loading

I did the following and it worked. Thanks for the advice

1)Boot recovery disc and loaded windows files.
2)Went to repair option and repaired register.
3)In advanced options entered in System Restore and use a restore point few days
before problem occurred.
4) Files were restored and computer restarted....
