Vista - BlueScreen BCCode: d1, BCP1: 0000001C

I have a problem with bluescreen can anybody help me, of if can vista administrators find solition.

I try to reinstal few diferent drivers from official site of asus, bdw my system is
asus p5q pro
intel core2duo E8500
and ram evo geil one 4gb kit

so far i find out that its problem with LAN ATHEROS L1E Driver as it shows in my attachments, if it is only this. Its take from 4 to 7 hours utill reset happens, and it is annoying, i have aslo try to change the OS, but its the same problem, one os was vista black edition 32 bit and the second is ultimate 32 bit, with the same problem, on my earlier hardware both versions work fine, they were tested.

I have manage to save 2 diferent BCCode d1
