File associations

Where in Vista is the equivalent to XP's FOLDERS|OPTIONS|FILETYPES,
where associations could be created, deleted, and MIMEtypes edited? The
"change association" UI is woefully inadequate in that regard.

Hi dev,

AFAIK, that (control panel/default programs/change associations) is the only
option outside of directly editing the registry under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT.
