java problem


is it possible to install java on windows vista... i use live streaming
for shares and it uses java...


Use the following settings in your Internet Browser (mandatory)

1. Sun JVM must be disabled :
Go to Internet Browser. --> Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced
--> Java (Sun).
(Change this setting only if aforesaid setting are found)

2. Enable Microsoft VM :
Go to Internet Browser --> Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced
--> Java Console enabled.
Go to Internet Browser --> Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced
--> Java Logging enabled.
Go to Internet Browser --> Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced
--> JIT complier for virtual machine enabled.


i dont find this option in ie7...

can anyone help....thnks

I think Java beta 6 is the one you need.

It seems better to direct the request to www.java.com rather than vista?

MS can't change Java, Java can change Java?

Yes, but get the full setup, not the online one (worked for 5.0u6 and
5.0u8
