File Security Issue

Working with a Vista Ultimate laptop with Comodo security. Running a
Microsoft partner DVD generates a malicious instance message related to the
file "mshta.exe. File deemed unsafe. I've seen threads on a number of other
support sites on this same file. Guidance sought.
