5728 virus program

I did a upgrade from 5600 and my Trend Micro stopped updating. I decided
since it was going to expire I would try Avast (D/Led 9/22/06, 4.6 I think).
Avast failed to install, I tried AVG and it failed to install so I went back
to trend Micro and after I re-installed all is fine.

Does this new Avast 4.7 work in Vista 5728?

Has anyone tried the McAfee Enterprise IV?

Re: 5728 virus program

From what I just read, you probably don't need a third party antivirus.
Besides it will only slow your system down.

Read where? Why don't you need an AV program? Vista doesn't have one.
