Vista - Mysterious icon found in task switcher (Alt+Tab)

While switching windows, I came across an unknown icon.

The icon in question is on the far left, showing a red, yellow and blue square/box, within a white box.
There is no description when this icon is selected.
After spotting the icon and attempting to check the task manager for a running program with the matching icon, it is no longer shown in the task switcher.

I have searched through all of the icons on my HDD and have not found this particular icon.

I would like to know if anybody recognizes this icon.
Any help would be appreciated.

I was facing this problem too and I found out that mysterious icon is shown by an HP application preloaded in HP machines called "HP Wireless Assistant" (HPWAMain.exe). As you can guess from the name, that applications helps control the wireless devices in your computer, ie. wi-fi, bluetooth...

You can easily get rid of the icon by closing the wireless assistant and, if wanted, removing it from windows start so you prevent it from appearing each time windows starts.
