| | Wandering Mouse Hi, I'm running Vista Ultimate SP1 and have a Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 8000, and using IntelliPoint Driver 6.20.178.0, which according to a driver online update search, is the most up-to-date version. My problem is that the mouse intermittently starts wandering around, mostly in a horizintal direction from right to left, which can lead to typing in the wrong fields and messing up documents. Is there anything I can do about that? I couldn't find any messages on this issue, and the mouse is barely 6 months old. Thanks WJB |

| | Re: Wandering Mouse Have you tried adjusting the mouse settings from the 'Mouse' applet in Control Panel? You should be able control the wheels sensitivity there. You might also want to check the Motion for the mouse pointer under the Pointer Options tab.
