| Guest | Re: left shift key launches calculator --- help thanks Shawn, Sticky keys are off. I also tried turning them on and off again. | Guest | Re: left shift key launches calculator --- help I am sure this keyboard had to be peered to the system, try uninstalling and remove the Dongle and reinstall again. Also, try installing the latest updates for the keyboard to see if it resolves any issues. -- Best regards, Andre Da Costa http://adacosta.spaces.live.com "Phil Tomaskovic" <philt56nospam@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:ehc$oTSTJHA.4680@xxxxxx Quote: > Somehow whenever I press the left shift key, it opens calculator > everytime. > If I press the right shift key, then the windows search app opens. | Guest | RE: left shift key launches calculator --- help Phil I always sound like a broken record with this one, but frequently problems like this are cured if you use System Restore, choosing a date prior to the date when you first observed this problem. But before you start, please disable any setting in any antivirus program, such as Norton, whereby such program seeks to protect itself against an outside attacker. If you don’t take this step, you may find that System Restore fails to work properly.
