Vista Tutorial - Windows explorer is not responding

Windows explorer is not responding

My laptop vista has problem. need help
Each time when login , the icons in desktop or taskbar do not response to
mouse click.
and show a message:
Windows explorer is not responding
ask to select:
restart the program
or
close the program

If I select the close the program, than all the icons in desktop and taskbar
are disappear.

If I select restart the program, (it will warnning information will
missing )
and the computer will work then.

This steps repeat again each time I login.

Some Windows Vista functions may not work, or Windows Vista may stop
