| | Stop/Start Services Although i'm a member of the administrators group on my laptop (Vista Ultimate), it seems that I do not have privileges to stop/start services using services.msc How can i add privileges? |

| | Re: Stop/Start Services Open a command prompt by right-clicking the shortcut and selecting "Run as Administrator".
