Stop/Start Services

Although i'm a member of the administrators group on my laptop (Vista
Ultimate), it seems that I do not have privileges to stop/start services
using services.msc

How can i add privileges?

Re: Stop/Start Services

Open a command prompt by right-clicking the shortcut and selecting "Run as
Administrator". Then use this elevated command prompt to start
services.masc. and see if that resolves your issue or not.
