| | I want a borderless image on my desktop Sometimes I would like to put a borderless image on my desktop. In real life if I were to drop a photograph the size of a postage stamp onto my wooden desktop, it would just BE there. By contrast, on a Windows Vista desktop it is surrounded by the border and toolbars of its containing graphics utility, and the best I have managed so far uses Microsoft Office Picture Manager - see: http://www.abovepar.f2s.com/resources/smallpic.png It is such an obvious need there MUST be a way, but it eludes me. Some of the skin views in Windows Media Player get close to the idea, but really all I want is to be able to open a completely borderless image on my desktop and drag it around, to be able to toggle whether or not it is On Top, and to close it without deletion.
