Customize start menu

Hi All,

Im running with vista business and trying to add internet explorer and windows mail to appear on my start menu, but when i right click on the start menu-properties and select costomize, the internet link and email-link are faded out and cannot be selected. plz help out!!

Click on the blue Vista orb, then click on All Programs.
Scroll down to Windows Mail, right-click on it and select:
Pin to Start Menu. Then so the same for Internet Explorer.

Sounds like Internet Explorer and Windows Mail are not set as the default.
Click Start > Default Programs > select 'Set your default programs' > select
Internet Explorer > click 'Set this program as default'

Do the same for Windows Mail. You should be able to set them as the Default
from the Taskbar customization Properties.

Re: Customize start menu

Tried to set my internet explorer as default and Win mail as default.......nothing still the same. Also right click on internet explorer to pin to the start menu, do not have pin at an option, what now?
