| | Security Centre Message Hi, I am getting a message from the Windows Security Centre that tells me 'Windows did not find antivirus software on the computer'. But I have McAffee installed which tells me that I am protected (everything is on). Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the Security warning icon and message. Thanks |

Quote: > > Thanks- Hide quoted text - > - Show quoted text - Thanks for responding I have IE 7 installed. I had McAfee security centre installed when I bought the pc. McAfee always installs updates automatically, and I have never had any trouble before. But, for some reason, Vista is not recognisinng the antivirus programme - it always used to. I scan my pc regularly, and it is clean. How can I ensure that Vista re-recognises McAffee. Thanks |

Does it look like this is the problem? If so, how can I gain access to rebuild. Best wishes PS. How could winmgmt have become corrupted? |
