| Guest | Using Download Manager Hello, I am using the new download manager to download RC1. I have to turn off the PC. What happens with the download? Should I just double click the temp file created by it, and continue downloading later? |

| Guest | Re: Using Download Manager Willy, If you are speaking of the Akami one;do yourself a favor and get your own dload manager. It'll save ya headaches-trust me. Then just go back to the original dload page and choose the link on the right side of the page. Here's a good one;free to;and with it you can turn off and resume. www.freedownloadmanager.org This is if you don't already have your own dload manager;BTW Jeff "Willy4360" <willy4360@hotmail.com> wrote in message news:u1uciaq4GHA.1200@TK2MSFTNGP02.phx.gbl... > Hello, I am using the new download manager to download RC1. > I have to turn off the PC. | Guest | Re: Using Download Manager Do yourself a favour Willy and take Jeff's advice. FDM appears to be an excellent dl manager. It can resume downloads, including the Vista iso file, without errors. Its user interface is also quite simple, which helps.
