How to install and run a cd compatible for 98,or 2000 on "Windows Vista"?

Need help to install and run a cd program compatible to 98, 2000 and XP,
to windows vista. Can I do that?.
Every time I try to install, It ask me to install DCOM95 for windows
95, or DCOM98, ask me to install latest DCOM98. Either way, I'm not able
to download any cause "Entry point not found".
I don't have any longer a 98, 2000, or xp. The cd program is not
available and compatible to windows vista. Any suggestion?
Thanks in advance to everyone.
S.D.
