Vista - Re: arranging icons on my desktop

Ok, I downloaded layout.zip and followed the setup instructions listed.
I get the "save desktop icon layout" and "restore desktop icon layout"
options when I right click on the recycle bin, but nothing happens when
I try to restore the layout after moving some stuff around. I do not
have auto arrange or align to grid checked. Is there something else I
have to enable to make this work?

I've been working with the same problem for a long time now, also.
So far I've tried:
ShellIconRestore... no luck.
ShellToys64... no luck.
IconPositionSaver... no luck.
Iconoid... no luck.
DeskInst64.msi... no luck.
dips64-setup.exe... no luck.

Maybe if enough of us 64 Bit Vista user's start stacking up on the same problem, one of these nice tech guy's or forum administrators will take a deeper look into the problem.
