Office 2007 B2TR

I downloaded the 2007 B2TR, double clicked to install, and NOTHING
happened!!! No install page, no redirect, no error message, NOTHING!! What's
tht supposed to mean?!?!? I tried to run it many times, checked the process
on the task manager, it works for like 5sec then terminates, I went through
all the on line help I could find regarding this issue and nothing worked!! I
have Vista RC1 5600, and 2007 beta package fully installed with Sharepoint
and 1note.. Plz don't tell me tht it is a corupt download and I have to
download it again, cuz it toke me forever to download it!! Plzz suggestions!!
Thnx

RE: Office 2007 B2TR

I believe you have to burn an iso disk with the program, as you cannot
install directly from the downloaded program. Then install from within
Windows as you did with the original beta, as in 'on top of'.

RE: Office 2007 B2TR

NO you dont have to make an ISO for B2TR.
i will assume your Offcie 07 is fully functional and yu have already
activated it and all that onvious stuff. the B2TR takes a while to download
fromMS. once it is fully downloaded it will autostart. it sounds from what
you wrote you are trying to force start it. make sure you are using IE7 from
Vista not Firefox as it does make a difference (dont know why but it would
not work for me with Firefox) and all active x prompts are allowed.
again if you have to make it start installing the issue may be with the
download.
