Deleted Backup Files

Could someone help me with deleting backup files from my C: drive? I've
tried over and over again with no luck. Thanks!

PS: Has anyone had any problems being able to download Vista Desktop
themes? I've tried and it's just not working.

What exactly do you mean by "backup files"? Are you using a specific
backup application?

Backups are of extremely limited value if they are written to the same
physical disk, since they will be just as unavailable as the originals when
the disk fails. You should point backups to at least one external device.

It's also not a good idea to have only one copy of the backup, and USB
"thumb drives" are not suitable for backups since they have a tendency to
suddenly and irrecoverably fail. Use an external hard disk or DVD.

What backup files are you trying to delete that you can't delete?

What does Vista tell you when you try?

Re: Deleted Backup Files

My computer was acting weird, so I did a factory system recovery...which
required me to create a backup at the same time. Once I that was completed,
I transferred all of old files to the new database. Now the Backup that was
created is taking up memory space on my hard drive. I tried to delete it,
but it doesn't work. Any suggestions?
