| | Unable to access internet after update and program installations My in-laws just got a HP Pavilion 6333W with Vista Home Premium. I tried installing various anti-virus programs (after uninstalling the Norton that came with it), and when I do, IE will not bring up the webpages. The same happened when SP1 was downloaded and installed. It says that I am connected, but the browser won't bring up web pages. I can regain net access by uninstalling the offending program/update. I can't figure out what is going on. Any suggestions? |
