Vista - Copy, paste and Windows update not working ..

Vista Business 64bit


I have the following three things which does not work -

1. Copy / paste
2. Windows update and
3. Print screen / Snipping tool

Please can some one help in fixing these issues

I managed to resolve copy/paste issue by following instructions here -
Copy and paste not working

Regarding malware / virus, I have quite a few protections -

Real time

1. Trend Micro OfficeScan
2. Windows Firewall
3. SpywareBlaster
4. Windows Defender

On demand

1. SuperAntiSpyware

Any way I will try the link you mentioned.
