| | Error updating of McAfee Security Center I recently encounter this error message when i update my MacAfee Security Center. "An error occurred while updating. Please reinstall these programs: McAfee SecurityCenter" Is this anything to do with Vista? |

You may have to go to the McAfee site and renew it, or as the message says reinstall McAfee Security Center. | | Re: Error updating of McAfee Security Center I have the McAfee Virus/Firewall Security System. The auto/yearly pay setup which automatically updates every few days. I had it with XP and then reinstalled it in the new Dell/Vista. No problems at all. Maybe just a fluke for you. Go to McAfee homepage, log in and reinstsll the software. It will overwrite the old files. McAfee is Vista friendly, of course. And now it happens again, and i do not do anything funny on my pc. Tats annoying indeed.
