What are these Registry Keys?

What are these? If they are not important, can I delete them?

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\campfile\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\{DBCE2480-C732-101B-BE72-BA78E9AD5B27}

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\cdmpfile\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\{DBCE2480-C732-101B-BE72-BA78E9AD5B27}

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\gmmpfile\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\{DBCE2480-C732-101B-BE72-BA78E9AD5B27}

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\icmfile\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\{DBCE2480-C732-101B-BE72-BA78E9AD5B27}

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\icmfile\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\{DBCE2480-C732-101B-BE72-BA78E9AD5B27}

I created a restore point then tried to change permissions to delete them. Whatever they are, they will not allow me to delete them, even using MalywareBytes "Regassasin".

Color management technologies in Windows help users to consistently reproduce color across scanners, cameras, displays, printers, and applications. Windows Image Color Management (ICM) 2.0 is the API that applications use to take advantage of color management capabilities in Windows. Windows supports using color profiles that comply with ICC.1:1998-09 File Format for Color Profiles to support flexible, state-of-the-art color control.
i would avoid deleting them...

Re: What are these Registry Keys?

Thanks for the help. Between here and my go to guy I am learning much about this stuff. It is fascinating but I wish I had started about 10 years ago! We old timers procrastinated this stuff, well some of us did and now we are kicking our own butts! lol
