| | System Diagnostics Abnormally Terminated Services Check (Failed) In a fully updated installation of Vista Home Premium 32-bit, when I run Control Panel/System/Performance/Advanced Tools/Generate, the System Diagnostics Report comes up with just one error shown in diagnostics.png attached. I have returned Vista to its default SP1 services startup settings using the registry tweak from: http://www.blackviper.com/downloads/...Start_v102.zip and re-started, but System Diagnostics still reports the same error. (This could just possibly be the reason why SnagIt 9.1.0 crashes vista on shut down unless SnagIt is closed first. On the other hand this is a known problem with some installations of this build of SnagIt and the official workaround is ... to close down SnagIt before restarting the computer!) Doug. |
