Delete Vista System File

How can I delete a Vista windows system32 file (dxtrans.dll)? I can't seem
to find any way to gain "permission".

Why would you want to delete that? It's part of DirectX.

As a general rule, unless you're a Windows guru, you shouldn't be playing in
the System32 folder; look but don't touch.

Good morning Rick.

Sfc did find the dxtrans.dll was corrupted and has repaired it.
Problem solved.
Your help is very much appreciated.
