| | Windows Search indexing Outlook emails? Vista Ultimate and Vista Business, both SP1 Office Outlook 2007 A few related questions about Windows Search: First, does shouldn't Windows Search index and then be able to locate individual emails (and other OL items)? On one of my machines (the Vista Business one), if I go to Indexing Options, one of the locations showing up as being indexed is "MS Office Outlook," but it doesn't seem that individual emails are included in the results. On my Vista Ultimate machine, MS Office Outlook doesn't even appear as a possible location to include, even after clicking "show all locations." Related question: Is the indexing under Windows Search related to the indexing in OL? I just reindexed with Windows Search, and that appears to have been completed. However, if I open OL, and go to Tools|Instant Search|Indexing Status, I'm told there are tens of thousands items remaining in Personal Folders to be indexed. Thanks.
