Vista - Bluescreen and scrambled screen crashes

Hello all

I need your help. I just bought a packard bell yesterday that has an nvidia 750i motherboard, gtx 260 card, q9400 2.66 intel quad core processor and 4 gb of ram. I installed the PC game "The witcher" tried to play it but after about 5 seconds the screen scrambles and the pc either stays stuck on the scrambled screem of pixels or goes to the "blue screen of death". On the blue screen of death I got the following details:

This happens all the time and I'm tempted to take the PC back for a refund already after a day. I updated the nvidia drivers for both the motherboard and the gtx 260 graphics card but it still does not help. Does anyone know what the problem could be ??
